Tai chi known as " moving meditation ". The art form gives you the tools to understand balance with every thought, feeling, and movement. Principles of tai chi are based on the theory of the yin/yang. Tai chi movements are not only for health but are for self-defense too. With each movement, ta chi has a specific reason and practically to it's own detail. Such finely tuned intracacines is why tai chi is done slow to understand why every muscle, ligament, tendon and bone are moving together as one.

Qigong (alternatively spelled “chi gung or chi kung”) is a form of gentle exercise encouraging a mind-body-spirit practice. Qigong improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. This practice creates better body awareness, promotes relaxation and increased circulation for health, wellness and a better quality of life. Some people called this more of a “standing posture meditation” practice, which the movements are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space. There are many of studies, which have shown qigong effectiveness in helping to heal with life challenges ranging from high blood pressure, chronic illness to emotional frustration, mental stress, and spiritual crisis..

Wing Chun was created in China during the seventeenth century, and it was the last Kung Fu art ever developed in China. It was the only Kung Fu art ever created by a woman. This art was later named after a woman who was taught this art, her name was Wing Chun. This art is an in-close combative system based on not fighting “Force against Force,” by using the principles of Yin/Yang, body positioning and structure. However, it's effectiveness and uniqueness is the ability to utilize “chi”, one’s internal energy. The Wing Chun approach results in a no-nonsense defense system characterized by simplicity, directness, speed and techniques rather than physical strength to respond to an attack. Thus, Wing Chun becomes especially useful when applied to a larger, stronger, faster, more aggressive adversary. Therefore, people with varying abilities can quickly become adept in defending themselves and at the same time developing self-confidence, control and unity.
